You can contact Welyntra LLC to request deletion of personal information you provided in a business inquiry or other communication with us.
How to submit a request
Send an email to admin@welyntra.com using the subject Data Deletion Request.
Please include: (1) the email address or conversation associated with the request, (2) a brief description of the information concerned, and (3) a safe way to reply. Do not send passwords, API keys or identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.
What happens after your request
- We review the request and may ask for reasonable information to verify that you are the appropriate person to make it.
- We assess the information under Welyntra's control and whether legal or security obligations require limited retention.
- We inform you about the action taken or any necessary follow-up using the contact channel associated with the request.
Requests involving products and integrations
This page provides a contact method for privacy requests relating to our website and business correspondence. It does not represent an automated deletion endpoint for any third-party messaging platform or product integration.
For any customer-facing product or third-party integration, Welyntra will establish appropriate deletion workflows, technical-team responsibilities and any platform-specific process required by the relevant permissions or agreements.
